Hypnotherapy-depression/anxiety

I am currently going through a very difficult stage of my life. I guess I am suffering from depression. I am reluctant to take prescribed meds while I can still hol don and have tried some herbal treatments. Question is though, has anyone used hypnotherapy and if so what were your experiences ? How did the treatment work ?

Its such a personal thing- certainly there is no harm in trying it and it may just do the trick for you.
