Hi everyone.
Like a lot of people I have a fear of flying. It doesn't stop me travelling, but I worry before and sweat buckets during the flight. I arrive at destination exhausted. I have a flight coming up and I'm wondering if I should take some diazapam that I have left over following a medical procedure I had 6 months ago. I don't take any meds. They're only 2mg - how much would you take for a flight? To "not care"
