Feeling like you can't breath without the palps??

My heart doesn't race and I don't feel anxious. All of a sudden I get this feeling as though I can't breath properly. Then I can't get a proper breath. Usually I'm the queen of panic attacks and often get palpatations but this is different. Something I haven't had before. Anyone else have this?

Hi I've had this before. When I was bad with my panic attacks I used to feel that I couldn't breathe but rarely had palpitations. Sometimes now that's the first thing I have and that's how I know I'm starting to feel stressed again. When I first had these I was convinced it must be asthma or some other breathing issue. The GP tested me and my lung capacity etc was fine do I just had to accept it was the anxiety xxx
