Dry skin on ear

I have eczema, mostly on my neck & chest since i was a child. When im stressed it gets worse & spreads to other areas. Last few weeks my left ear has been very dry & flaky & itchy behind it. Now its flaky & itchy at the top of it. Of course its set me off worrying. Just wondering if anyone else gets it too & what helps to get rid of it.
I haven't googled which im really happy with myself about :)

Well done for no googling . I've suffered eczema since I was a child especially around my eyes and ears. If its itchy ( stupid thing to say) get some Piriton one that you have to take every 4-6 hours behind the counter at pharmacy. I found my usual eczema cream too harsh on sensitive areas like eyes and ears so use aveeno skin relief cream can get it from boots. It's good stuff

Thanks :) yes I've got some aveeno, it really is great stuff I will put some on while I remember. I'm reading my post back & thinking how daft it sounds, anxiety is a horrible thing x
