I've been bad with anxiety now for over 3 weeks. About 2 weeks ago I hit a bad gagging sensation almost as though my tongue was getting stuck in my throat and I vomited. I had not sure tummy or anything just this gagging sensation. I haven't actually vomited since then but have had this sensation on and off since which is quite distressing at times as it makes me worry I might be sick again. I can go days without it and then all of a sudden I just notice it and the more I fixate on it the more it bothers me. Xxx
