OK, to get a picture (please ensure it is less than about 600px wide, else people with small screens get problems navigating). First of all, find a picture you like. (I normally do this in Yahoo Search (click images above the search bar)).

Once you have got the pic you like, you need to copy the URL. then come back to NMP, type in the reply box

['img']Paste the URL here[/'img'] (without the '').
