I've had crazy cramps in my left foot, just below the toes, for the last couple of days. Literally any time my foot is at rest it grips and the toes curl inwards.
I've read that anxiety can cause cramping, so that is my starting point rather than looking for any other, less benign cause. How does the mechanism work though and will the usual remedies (bananas, water, salt etc) work?
