hi I am afraid my aniexty is really bad today will it ever stop and go away I have aniexty all day long my doctor keeps giving me dizapam but it don't seem to work why am I suffering like this please need support cant help it crying all the time cant eat or sleep feeling really tired and emotional any help please

Hey Tracey I get days when the diazepam doesn't help either. Try listening to some relaxation music and concentrate on breathing into your belly . I inhale for a count of 4 and exhale for a count of 7. Crying sometimes is the best release. Not all days will be as bad as today xx
