I am happy to say, its been such a long time since I have had a Panic Attack, yes I still get them once in awhile, but I am so glad they are so few and far between, but because of that, it feels more intense when I do have one.
I don't think I would have made it through the hard times without the support I found here on No More Panic, the ppl have been great and as always still love coming here.
Wished I could do more to help others, as I was given help. I have built my own website, and in no way to disrespect this great Forum and its members as well as Webmaster, I just feel the more information and support out there, the better...please check it out, sign my guestbook? , it is brand new, so not much traffic yet.
So Glad I found this forum and it's members, I cannot give enough thanks! and will always call this my Home Place Of Support :bighug1:
