Hello,,

Have been trying to get my mind off things but recently the lymph nodes under my chin/neck region and sometimes armpits and groin region aches? Today I focused on it a lot and started poking the neck lymph nodes and yeh just kinda freaking out.

Can anxiety or lack of sleep/stress etc cause pain in these regions?

Poking can cause the pain. Even if you stop poking, the pain could still be there. It just means they are fighting the infection. Actually, pain is good. It shows there is nothing serious going on. Trust me. Been there, done that. So, when you can't feel the pain, you know they are gone.

Anyone ever get pain down there where the lymph nodes are?

There are countless threads about this on the forum including someone who, despite countless tests and doctor visits, couldn't let go of the fear. He even went so far as to have an invasive surgical procedure and biopsy that proved to be negative and STILL didn't believe it.

Don't repeat history.
