dizzy when still

Originally posted in wrong sub group so will try again. I am so scared the last few days I have this dizzy lightheaded sensation even when totally still. Back in the summer had temple pain which eased and went but that is now back and then this dizziness.
It really scares me. I am not falling over but the feeling is awful.

Anyone else had this .. I suffer badly from anxiety and had perceived weakness in arm and leg a few months back. This is the worst.

I sometimes feel dizzy even when I'm sitting. For me it's part of my anxiety symptoms. It's very unpleasant. I suppose it's not so bad as I think I'd fall but it's not comfortable either. I just try distraction techniques and that seems to calm it down after a while. Xxxx
