I don't ever feel tiredly

I've this problem for quiet a while now and it's starting to get me down. I'm tired all day due to lack of sleep but whenever it's bedtime I don't ever get tired as my mind/brain never wants to rest , I'm bipolar. The next day I'm extremely tired which makes me grumpy and makes my problems worse. Any tips that could help would be appreciated

maybe try some guided meditation at bedtime, there are several on you tube or you can get cd's

Are you on medication for the bipolar? A common symptom with untreated bipolar is difficulty sleeping.

Yes I'm on 3 different medications. I stay up all night looking for books to buy even though I have loads and I know it's a minor thing but this book obsession gets me down
