For a few days I've had some random gastro/stomach issues: bloating, loss of appetite alongside my anxiety. And whenever I eat or consume anything, I've been getting a heaviness in my chest and palpitation feelings(panic attack signs of course). I feel a pulsating feeling in my stomach and lower chest area at times. And panic attack feeling: palpitation, head rush, pulsating feeling in neck, feeling of blood pressure/pulse fluctuating. I do take Hyroxzine for anxiety issues, but it feel like it's working maybe 40% then not working at all.
It feels like I have an ulcer or GERD or something. I do have Gavicon but it caused me to have a panic attack last time I had it. It seems like eating any food is causing panic/stomach palpation feelings for me.
