Sorry for posting again guys you must be sick of me.
So I was doing ok with anxiety until yesterday. I started easing myself back into work and even went out shopping.
The very cold weather we've had has not helped. I usually do suffer sinus pain and this is sometimes triggered by breathing in cold air. So I know the last few days have been cold and I've been outside shopping and breathing in the cold air. Sinus headache started last night and thankfully has now subsided but because I'm in an anxious state it started me off again worrying myself sick.
I'm still feeling a bit lightheaded from the pressure and my ears feel a little muffly now and then. Why can't I just stop this !!
