Hi guys,
So I've always suffered from tiredness and headaches since my mental health problems started 5 years ago but in the last few weeks, it has become so intense it's unreal. I wound up at the doctors who gave me sleeping tablets, which let me have unbroken sleep but I'm still incredibly tired. My eyes sting, i have bags under my eyes, irritability, headaches, restless legs and i keep yawning. It's really freaking me out that i have something like chronic fatigue syndrome but i also don't know what i can do to get better :(
