Hello everyone,
I just recently became a member and have received an outstanding amount of support from the generous people of this site. I first came to NMP on behalf of my boyfriend who was in serious anxiety denial.
I have some good news and some bad news. Turns out that the symptoms my boyfriend was experiencing, posted under the thread SYMPTOMS - At the end of his rope, are due to a pituitary gland tumor found in an MRI. Please, I do not want to sound off any alarm bells amongst the many citizens of this site. The tumor is non cancerous, but it is messing with his thyroid hormones and causing extreme anxiety.
As terrible as that may sound, the tumor is not life threatening and actually has given us something to work with towards helping him!
So his doctor has prescribed Clonazipam .25 mg twice daily and it has totally turned his life around! I can't believe the change in attitude in a mere half hour.
Anyone else gain any significant relief from this drug?
Anyone suffer side effects?
