I've gone from a size 14 to a size 16 in a few months.
There's a huge increase in weight around my stomach and abdominal area.
My hips and bum are also larger than they used to be...

Yes I do love my food...but I have a reasonably healthy diet - I'm a veggie and I don't eat any meat which causes weight gain for a lot of people.
I've cut out cheese and crisps and started doing exercise before I came down with this chest infection which has hindered me somewhat.

I'm worried about Cushings Syndrome or a pituitary gland tumour :weep:

Are you on any medication. Some meds side effects are weight gain. As a 30 year eating disorder sufferer I'm not the best person to advise on diet but maybe keep a food diary sometimes you find you're eating more than you think you are

We often consume more food than we think we do. Every calorie above our bodily needs has the potential to turn into an extra inch or additional weight.

Keep a food diary for a couple of weeks and I mean EVERYTHING you eat or drink and see. This means that piece of candy at the office or that few extra bites while cooking and tasting. You'd be surprised!
