Please can someone help

All day, on and off, I have noticed a weird tingling, funny numb feeling in most parts of my body - sometimes it is in my hands and other times its my feet or bum....just everywhere! Is this generally a symptom of anxiety or does it sound like something sinister?

Not sure on "numbness" but I tend to have muscles and joints almost sieze up when I'm having severe anxiety almost like it is hard to move my arms and legs is that similar at all?

Also are you taking any medications at the moment? A quick look on webMD does show that general body numbness can be related to depression so I'm sure it's nothing to worry about but might be an idea to speak with your GP. :)
