Hi guys
I need to sort this panic crap out. I seem to do find out and about then when I'm in a one on one situation say at a doctors apt or sitting with a university friend for lunch or in a car or in a lecture I go funny. It's like my head goes weird. It's really hard to explain but it's what this panic is Abt for me and I need to stop it.
It's like I get kinda headachy and the my head feels weird like its spasming at the back of my head and I start getting all jumpy. It's horrible and I just don't get it.
