New Anxiety Sufferer!

Hello everyone :)

Just dropping in to say hello, as someone who has lived with anxiety and agoraphobia for over a decade and in some areas even overcome it, I thought it was high time I dropped into a forum to lift a little weight off my shoulders.

Hopefully in turn I can offer some advice and reassurance to others! The community here seems lovely and I look forward to spending time with you all.

Hi X nice to meet you and good to hear that you have overcome some areas - that makes me feel positive x. It's really helped me finding this site - I've recently started suffering from anxiety - but I have had it before a few years ago - any advice you have would be well received x
