So I've been recently very anxious, for no reason!
I did however attend two concerts recently, with an elevated heart rate for standing for hours and well the excitement, that's kinda made me think about my heart loads!
I'm also coming down with a cold, feeling bunged up, sore and feverish!
However, last night I woke up with panic, my chest, left arm and left leg were completely numb as I hopped out of bed, and my back was dripping with sweat, and my duvet was damp with sweat!
I was just very panicked!
Today on my driving lesson, I just felt very sick, too warm, light headed, and a bout of depersonalisation. Could it be all linked to anxiety and the cold????
