To all the Americans out there....Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm very thankful for the support of my family and boyfriend, and for everyone here at this awesome forum!! I've received so much kindness, compassion, and support since joining, I just wanted to say thank you thank you thank you!

Holidays are a bit rough for me at the moment due to anxiety, and I know they are for many on here as well.

I wish those who celebrate an easy low stress holiday with minimal anxiety.

My plan is to ride it out and accept, accept, accept whatever I'm feeling in the moment.

I may have one glass of wine, too, lol.
