Anxiety and Hangovers

hi guys its been a while since i posted as you can seee

firstly i would like to ask how you all are doing,?

i have been praying for you all, and i know some peeps dont share my belief, which i respect, but im doing it anyways :)

i wanted to discuss Anxiety and Hangovers, as my anx seems to be really bad with a hang over, ( and i know why) but today my heart was racing, to the point that even my eyes where pulsing.

now the tightness and tension is back again, though most of the fear has gone,

im just wondering does anywone share these feelings with me, and if so what are they.

I get this too Airwolf. Its a real pain but when I asked my doctor, this is what he said....
Alcohol is a natural central nervous system depressant which causes you to lose your inhibitions and therefore behave differently to normal. This can give a knock-on effect of increasing anxiety and altering mood.

I always used to get what I call "alcohol paranoia" after going out with my friends. I don't get wasted or anything but I have a few drinks. These days I can tell myself that the feeling is an alcohol effect rather than a reality..
