I was looking around for an app for my daughter who supports from bad acid reflux. I found an app called MY SYMPTOMS. the icon is a little triangle with a ! Inside it. It cost a few dollars but it seems worth it. You put down everything you eat or drink, even medications you take. Then when you have a symptom, such as constipation, vomiting etc you put that in there and at the end of the month it will tell you what is in common with the foods you ate and when you were sick. I hope this helps someone!

I've often mentioned keeping a food diary to determine what foods and/or drinks aggravate digestive issues. This app seems like it would make facilitating that easier.

So far it's pretty easy. I guess only Apple users a have to pay for it. My sister got it free and she has android.
