dizzy moving eyes

Hi i have been posting about my dizziness but forgot to ask has anyone felt lightheaded just moving their eyes . I also get this and it freaks me. I am super anxious now so kept away from dr google and am posting here.
I keep thinking brain tumour and everytime I feel wozzy I feel scared and am in a vicious circle.
Would love to know if anyone has had this and if it is yet another anxiety symptom.my whole body is so tense my husband keeps saying unclench your fists. I think I clench my teeth too not sure.
Is there anyway out of this circle.
Please someone I dont know where to turn. Dont want anti depressants as I do not tolerate meds well.
This has been my worst year for health anxiety I dont think I have had a week with no worry since about march.

Yes I get this with the eyes bit it's like you can't follow anything,hate it when they do scenes on the telly when they keep moving the camera around people I shut my eyes till that bits over
