So I've been feeling pretty sick this past week. Everyone at home came down with bronchitis. Anyways, I've spent a lot of time in bed or laying on the couch trying to rest and get better. Only getting up to use the bathroom, shower, get some food. Well, I read that too much bed rest can lead to blood clots and now Im freaking out over it because this morning I woke up with a bit of calf pain. No swelling or redness, just an ache. Please tell me some of you have been on bed rest with the flu or something else for a few days and ended up ok. I did have the humidifier on last night right next to me... maybe it's just a bit of dehydration from the moist air in my room. Blood clot is my biggest HA fear.
