Can't stop checking my temperature .

I seriously cannot stop checking my temperature. I am freaking out, because my temperature is 99.5, then it goes to 100.0 then it goes to 99.2 then it goes to 99.5 I don't understand why this is happening to me, I am very scared and I cannot stop checking my temperature I am convinced there is something wrong with me, I am too scared to go to the doctor, and have blood work done because I am afraid they are going to give me bad news, I just can't take this fear anymore. I really am so scared, I don't know why I have no appetite, I don't know why I feel nauseous, I don't know why I have so much fatigue. I have two bug bites, one on my buttcheek one on my arm, and I don't know if I got bit by a kissing bug, that causes chagas disease. I really am nervous, and I cannot take this feeling anymore, I don't understand why I feel this way, and I am so freaking scared.

Also if you're anxious your heart will beat faster and so your temperature will go up.

How are you feeling now? I am struggling with this but with bigger fuctuations. From 35 - 38! I feel like i am unwell, with chills and aches but have no cold symptoms. The temperature only goes up for a while here and there other times it can be low or normal. Its like my controls arent working and i am terrified i might have something sinister of course.
