Ibs or more serious

Hi guys,

I just want to apologise if it seems like i post alot, i just feel a bit alone right now.

Have any of you had IBS? Im wondering if what im experiencing could be IBS?

Abdominal cramps in front and my lower back
Constipation which now is diarreah (sorry tmi)
Bloated
just uncomfortable feeling.
Also a feeling like i have a stitch in my back or a tense feeling. (hard to describe)

You can imagine im googling loads at the moment and cancer is the key thing coming up. Its actually wairing me out.

PLEASE if anyone can relate, do reply.

Step away from google if you can, it will only play to your fears.

Hey!

I've had your symptoms and been told it's IBS and I've had i don't know how many scans all clear. I'm still getting stomach pain and i still worry about it especially the constipation and then diarrhea.

One thing i would recommend is peppermint tea. It really soothes the cramps and settles the stomach. :-)

Thanks cora. Im relieved its not just me. Cramping can be scary especially when it occurs in my back you know x
