Hi . Im not looking for a diagnosis or anything but I have what sounds like gall stone symptoms with sharp stabbing pains and im going into huge waves of panic with all the usual symptoms , dizziness sweating weakness shaking fear dread .
I just hope it settles down cause I feel like calling 111 if it doesn't .
