Not pregnant but worried I am

Hi,

I've posted before about my irrational worries about being pregnant. Long story short, in my relationship we use two forms of contraception when we do have sex and when we are only intimate I'm on BC. But I constantly worry about being pregnant.

I'm just wondering if anyone else ever feels like this? I have diagnosed anxiety. Just wish it would stop. Constantly doing "checks" on myself for any pregnancy symptoms and convince myself I look pregnant even when it's biologically and physically impossible.

It's really ruining my life. Can any one help? Please.

I think I would address the reason why you are so afraid of being pregnant in the first place? I knew a girl who had ocd and was so terrified of being pregnant that she would panic that she didn't take her pill and take 2 a day...not a good idea as she then starting lactating from all the hormones and thus worried more.
Think you have more chance of being struck by lightning than getting pregnant if you are using 2 types of birth control correctly....
