I just got a moment of clarity...

The tension went away...

When I thought about the issues they didn't seem like such a big deal
I thought 'what have you been worrying about?'

I even smiled.

Do you have these?

It's so weird isn't it? Then I just switch back to worry mode.

It's like the chemicals in my brain levelled out for a brief moment.

Yeah, I've had lots of these over the years although never ealy on when I have been quite bad.

I found mine split into 2 camps, one being where I feel positive & motivated and another where I just feel content. Things make sense and seem easier. They don't last though unfortunately for me but I have found anything good has to seap in like the sun coming through the clouds until you end up with a clearer sky.

It probably is chemical related. Various neurotransmitters are involved in our brains processes and aside from the usual Serotonin we talk about, it could even be some GABA which is the calming inhibitory one and the second largest after the excitory one (this one gets your mind racing), glutamate.

I find my positive ones are very mood related, which will be chemical whether I influenced it somehow or not. Can you see anything influencing yours?
