Blood in nose

When i blow my nose in the morning i saw dried blood along the mucus then this morning when i use my cotton buds to clean it i have some blood a little wet

I have had this before.

It is probably because the inside of your nose is too dry, which causes bleeding when blowing. Dry air/hot houses usually cause this issue. There are nasal irrigation products which you can buy in the chemist or online which help a lot, and add moisture to dry nasal membranes.

It could also be that you blew a bit too hard, but generally bleeding is triggered by a dry nose.

Makes no difference. Cold or warm air can cause dry air. Dry air causes a dry nose.
