Hey there,
So I've recently had a diagnosis of health anxiety and my gphas referred me for cbt. However, the clinic ive been referred to is quite close to my house and I really don't want to go. So now a week has passed and I'm still trying to muster the muster the courage/energy to ask for a referral to a different clinic. It's so hard getting into contact with the gp since the damn receptionists have a picking the phone up allergy.
