Shortness of Breath all of a sudden, and hard to breathe

I felt like I couldn't breathe for a couple of minutes, and i was having a hard time trying to catch my breath :( it was scary,.

STRESSEDANDANXIOUS. I had the same this morning on way to work but I think it turned into a panic attack. I was scared and kept picturing an ambulance. hope you feel better
