Im chris and ive had the pleasure of panic attacks, depression and anxiety for the last 14 years. Im 36 now.
I work full time but ive had the last 3 months off due to the usual suspects and partner broke up with me because shes had enough of the mental illness. It wasnt pleasent but life carries on. Had panic attack about 30 mins ago driving home after arguing with ex but managed ok after pulling over and getting my breathing back to normal. God i hate panic. Its ok saying that they are just sensations but man theyre taxing.

Ive got a 10 year old daughter and 10 and 14 year old step sons.
