please can someone give me some advice I have just had six weeks of aniexty all day 24 hour but I have just had 2 really good days now todat the aniexty is back I am so afraid what if it gets really bad again just cant cope please help is recovery supposed to go like this please can someone help me I am scared that it has come back what can I do cant eat or sleep again

Hi, don't worry too much,relapses do happen you've done the right thing by coming to this site, remember fear is what feeds anxiety so try and keep your mind busy even if its just a bit of housework (best done with headphones in!)

Hi Tracey,

I'm in the same boat as you. Most of last week I was full-on anxious. I couldn't eat and could barely sleep. I got some meds and stopped reading newspapers and things have slowly gotten better. Like you though, I'm also worried about a relapse.

Can I ask what's making you anxious?
