Burning sensations

Hello!! I see Many people here withburning sensations. I have à lot of sensations in my whole body. But not only the skin; iT more feels like my muscles are burning. Is this also ansign of anxiety? I am very worries About iT. Hope yo hear from you!

I am not a doctor but I am a long time sufferer and have had many symptoms. Is it possible that you are tensing up your muscles to the point of fatiguing them? I notice that I tense muscles all over my body when I am going through intense, prolonged anxiety and my muscles will ache.
