I just happened to watch it the other day. It's on at about 3pm on ITV

It's basically a quiz show where people have 1000 hearbeats to answer as many questions as possible, so the faster their heart rate the less time they have. Genius really! :D

Now why is it cathartic? Because (for me at least) I've noticed that most people on the show stand there quite happily answering questions whilst their heart is beating between 120-170bpm. It made me realise that over the years my mental idea of 'what's normal' has become skewed and obsessed about my own heart rate. This often means I'll have a little freak out when I feel my heart rate nearing 100 as I wander around Tesco.

I guess watching the show might be a trigger for some, but for me I now watch it every day and it's only bloody helping! :yesyes:
