Ghosting or double vision

So i first notice this when i was on my computer the white letter seems doubled vertically and it occurs in both my eyes separately meaning it still continue even i close either of my eyes...the thing is that i notice is it is always happening on bright things like light, flame etc can someone help me pls:)

Mind happens randomly but only with alarm clocks or sometimes iPhone but then i blink it goes away

Happens to me a lot... especially playing video games.. when I close my eyes I still continue to see the screen sometimes for up to an hour or so..Also any action that was going on the screen. There is a name for it , No danger just irritating I think. I love playing video games but cannot anymore because of it.
