Hi I'm new on here.going through a horrible time with panic attacks.hate having them!!!😢😢😢
Hey . Panic attacks are the worst just try to remember they won't harm you . Practise belly breathing, where you breathe deep into your stomach like you're trying to inflate it,every day and when the panic starts this breathing helps calm you. This is a great site to get different ideas from and you'll get loads of support. Are you on meds or having therapy?
