Head feels like its going to explode, anyone else get this??

I'm trying to relax so I can sleep it's nearly 5am. All off a sudden it feels like my head is going to explode.. I hate this. Now the top of my nose is throbbing.. I haven't got a headache so why does this feeling come on out of nowhere?

I've had this before. It was a sinus infection. My head filled with pressure, and my nose used to pain me.

What helped was mixing warm water and salt. I rinsed my nostrils out twice a day. Snorting the water up through thoroughly, until it poured out the other nostril, or back into my throat. I'd then spit, and blow my nose. It allowed to kill for infection and germs, and it gave relief to the tension.

Only do this if it's ongoing. If not, it could be symptom of anxiety.
