Hi guys
I dont seem to get many replies on here and began thinking thats not such a bad thing as you would only reply if you thought something bad was wrong. Basically for the past two weeks ive had back ache and constipation. Ive convinced myself im riddled with cancer and cant shake the thought. I dont want any tests done but i know if it carries on il need a full health check. I feel so alone with my worry and really down. Just wish someone could relate to me.

It looks like you've gotten quite a few replies to your posts, most of which reassure you that what you're experiencing is common with anxiety. Most of which you're experiencing can be attributed to anxiety and the fact you're posting on an anxiety forum means that deep down, you know this is anxiety related.
