Hi, all! I came across this site after Googling (what else?) and decided it might be a great place to talk with people who are moving through the same issues as I am.
I am 26 years old and have been struggling with health anxiety/GAD since about age 12. Over that time period I've gone through cycles of being relatively okay to my anxiety being disruptive to every part of my life. I've been feeling particular strong health anxiety over the last year, and I've been doing a lot more research this time around as well as trying to find some more holistic approaches to dealing with this.
