:weep: I'm so down its horrible! I started fluoxetine 20mg 3 weeks ago after 10 days I felt they weren't helping back to docs who gave me 40mg what a mess I'm in! I've had to drop back down to 20s (from sat) my anxiety is sky high please tell me this will end soon I can't cope much longer :weep:

don't give up ! prozac made my life a living hell, switched to zoloft and my anxiety is fine now, except for some moments like today , when the sky simply fell on me, when i realised i made a mistake with mental math.anyway, it took a while for the meds to work but you need to keep going. ps : i needed xanax to get over the rough patch, maybe you should ask your doctor about that.
