Hello I'm new

Hi this is my first post. I have been on this site lots recently and finally got the courage to join !!
I suffer from anxiety and depression. I have help from a CPN but still feel very alone and isolated most of the time. I am currently going through my toughest bout of depression and knock on anxiety
Any support would be appreciated more than words can say.
