Can't Sleep

Hi

This is making me so mad, I can't sleep with paranoid thoughts, I wake up sressing over work then it sets me off worrying over it so by the time I get to work I am in anxious knots, then I just become paranoid over everything that happens.

I don't want to talk to my manager in case I mske things worse,

Just want a full nights sleep and a day of no worry

Yes, I can't seem to stop them and I know I have probably bored everyone with this, but it is taking over my life now and i feel so desperately lonely in trying to deal with it

Are you just worrying about work and is it something that can be sorted out? Or are you worrying about other stuff in general as well?

I know what you mean about not sleeping though. I do this myself and thoughts go round and round in my head all night. I havent got and good advice but know you are not alone.
