Morning

Feel very anxious at the moment, need somebody to talk some sense into me :)

Have had anxiety over breast cancer for about a year now and sometimes can keep it under control but other times it takes over.

Am always checking my breasts and my GP has checked them a number of times and says I do have fibrocystic breast changes and lumps and has told me how to examine and what I should be feeling for.

Last week or two have found what am not sure is either a lump or part of my muscle/chest wall as think I can feel it along upper outer quadrant of each breast. Can only feel when prodding too not with pads of fingers.

Can somebody help :)

Breast cancer is also my main fear , the dr taught me to feel with pads of fingers because sometimes you prod and feel nodes and tissue , a worrying lump is hard and not mobile , if it's in both breasts you can feel your fine xz

I think if you have matching ones on both sides, it's likely muscular. There's a surprising amount of muscular stuff going on around there, all sorts going on to help your ribs move with breathing. :)
