I've just been sat at my desk using the computer to relax (playing a game) and after 2 hours I decided too call it a night. Anyhow now I feel internal shaking for no apparent reason. Does anyone else get this for No reason whatsoever?

Yeah right here!

It's uncontrollable shaking in my chest and abdomen at completely random times. I've had all sorts of tests for everything from diabetes to thyroid problems etc but they never found anything. GP has put it down to general anxiety disorder and I'm inclined to believe him as it tends to happen when things are getting on top of me a bit.

I would keep a diary of the episodes and see if there is a common factor like lack of sleep or coffee for example. From a non medical, personal point of view, I wouldn't think it is anything to worry about unless you get other symptons such as fever, palpitations, breathlessness, feeling faint or chest pain. Maybe a trip to the doctors might help put your mind at ease as they may send you for blood tests? :)

I get this feeling when I'm barely asleep. I feel like I'm shaking but I'm not moving at all. It's just anxiety and if can't hurt you.

I get it right before the panic feeling, and afterwards. I was almost late for work today and I felt it building up! Over getting to work! Ridiculous.

I didn't get it on meds but I'm off them now.
