Anxiety nausea

Please help I feel I am alone have serve anxiety and my symptoms are nausea I can't eat not sleeping well the nausea has taken over me I am on 150mg progabilin 40mg citalopram and 75mg amitrip would love to hear from anyone else that suffers

nausea, dizziness and palpitations are some of the most common
symptoms of anxiety and panic, i personally have them all

When my anxiety was really bad in the mornings, like dry wretching, especially with the Thyroid problem I also developed, I took Motillium tablets from the chemist, but now they're prescription only now. The phamacist told me about vitamin B6 tablets being given to pregnant women for morning sickness and nausea.
I also drank Soda water aswell.
