Hi. I'm 14 and I don't exercise (I know I should).
Tonight I had some sharp-ish pains on the left side of my chest. It lasted for about 15-20 seconds and sort of pulsated. It wasn't excruciating pain, though, but pain nonetheless.
As I type this, I can feel little pains coming. Not constant pain, but little pains that last 1 second long. They come and go.
The location of the pain is on the left side of my chest that are above and to the left of my left nipple. It feels like the pain is just on the ribs or just deeper than the rib cage. Also some discomfort in my arms, they feel sore/like the circulation is cut off.
Is it anxiety? Is it something normal? Should I worry or call 911???
